War Machine 2003A powerful folk-rock view of war seen through a mother's eyes with searing lead guitar by June Millington. Buy the CD! “War Machine” came into existence on the weekend of the peace demonstration in Washington DC in January 2003. It was an emotional response on my part to the events that were unfolding at the time. My son was the inspiration. I was just starting to record a full-length CD with a projected release date in 2004, but after playing this song for a few audiences, I decided that it couldn't wait until next year to be heard. I went into the studio with June Millington at IMAeast in Goshen, MA, and recorded it as a single. My vision for War Machine was completed with the addition of some sound effects & June's searing lead guitar. Listen to this mother's powerful view on war... you won't be disappointed!
